Looks like contest regular, Alec, finally let his dad catch a fish! Mike said - Chris, You said I should get my picture on the board. Here it is and it didn't come from the bait I bought from you! Caught him in 25 feet of water. Also caught a sucker out there and that was it. Hopefully the next picture has a bigger fish. Thanks, Mike

Chad got a couple nice pike. His message read - Just wanted to enter the photo contest for the week. Got these two pike in Dickinson County on tip ups tipped with sucker minnows!

Sorry for the late update - just too much going on, to spend time online.

Anyway, Dan's name was drawn for this weeks winner in the fishing photo contest.

Quinn got a nice eating sized walleye this past weekend.

Christian landed a dandy 28 inch walleye, earlier in the week.

Caroline with a couple bluegills, but she caught both her fish at the same time! Cool!

Brendan caught a nice little steelhead while home on leave from Marine boot camp. He's on his way to combat training now.

Good luck, and stay safe, Brendan.

Dave got a monster 'eye. He said - 31 inches, 11 pounds. Off Gladstone yacht club. Jigging rap clown number 7.

Been getting a few walleye reports this past week. Still very slow, but better than we have seen. Perhaps a sign that the fish are starting to move towards the upper bay, and getting away from the bait down south. One can only hope!

Quinn got another pair of pike on the upper bay last week. He also caught some lakers and smelt in Baraga over the weekend.

Even sent in a picture of a pike he got this weekend. He said - Took all season to land a fish on my grandpa's old tip up. The rest of the weekend was a bust but I'm glad I finally got to connect with my grandpa who passed away before I ever had a chance to fish with him as a kid
