Hold the phone. I do not look down on anyone for working and earning any kind of reward for working. My problem is with those who are better off than many, and whine like hell over having to pay taxes. That goes all the way up to the President.
I have all the respect in the world for everyone who gets up and goes to work everyday. I do not care what they do. I can understand those with lower incomes complaining about paying taxes. But if you are having to pay taxes on your pension, you are not low income.

Yep, income for working. Therefore taxable.

I am not sure what the determining factors are for them calling for a SCA. I believe I have seen it called for far less than 34 knots. If the forecast remains as it is now, I am sure there will be a SCA posted. They certainly are not always spot on. I have seen flat seas during a small craft advisory, and I have been in some rough stuff when they are calling for 1 foot waves.
But I believe the rules are written in a way for the SSFA, the only way it gets canceled is small craft advisory, and/or maybe lightening.

21
That is why a small craft advisory is issued and used by the SSFA to determine if a tournament needs to be postponed. The SSFA does not just look out and say it looks too icky to fish today. It takes a small craft advisory to cancel or postpone.

22
Well hell, there are a couple of tournaments I want excluded as well, since I will not be able to attend.

President Obama goes to Europe to push his agenda. Europe believes global warming has stalled. So President Obama turns to NOAA. NOAA at that point comes up with a report showing global warming has not stalled. Turns the Euro scientists upside down. The President gets what he is looking for. Afterwards a whistle blower comes out claiming NOAA tweaked the numbers. Which depending on who you read, may, or may not be legit. Comes down to the difference between ships and buoys measuring the temps. And something like a 1.3 degree change over several years.
Wonder why there is doubters? Who do we believe? Follow the money? Where does NOAA get it's money from? Is there anyone left telling the truth? If so, how would I know who they are?

I realize that none of these will result in FauX News offering up a clarification or correction:

10 words in and I lost interest. As soon as the name calling and fake names come out, I am done.

Put a truck through the ice, and tell the DNR you plan on leaving it there. See how well that works out.

If he is relying on SS for retirement, he is not being taxed. That state income tax is only on the lucky ones with a big fat pension. Making more sitting at home than a lot of people do working. You do of course have two or three states you could move to that do not have a state income tax.

Dunhams is coming back to the old mall.

You do not have to install batteries and use the fan. I never use my fan. Big Buddy is a great heater. It does put out light, which may be unwanted for a deer blind.

That is too bad. Your missing out on a heck of a tool. But I guess a house could be built without a hammer or saw.
