Lake Michigan / Little Bay De Noc May 18th and 19th
« on: May 19, 2006, 12:01:44 PM »
Well, we fished Thursday in 20 mph winds, ended up with 8 keepers and a few throwbacks.
That much wind is tough. There were only about 4 other boats out there all day.
Friday got a few small guys and one keeper. Wind is still howling, it's never going to quit.....

Walleye / Walleye Opener is coming...
« on: May 05, 2006, 05:26:15 PM »
Anyone going to be fishing the Walleye Opener on May 15th?
I usually skip the first day or two and let the people clear out a little bit and start hitting it hard the third day.
Anyone coming to LBDN?
Cya on the water.

Lake Michigan / Docks in Kipling LBDN
« on: April 28, 2006, 09:58:50 PM »
Both docks are in at Kipling, I launched the boat to run some gas through it and check the electronics.
There were a couple of boats fishing perch near butlers island.
Couple more weeks until walleye season  :o

Lake Michigan / Little Bay De Noc

The ice is almost gone from Little Bay De Noc. It is open water south of gladstone, the only ice left is near butlers island, and that ice is dark and almost gone...
Shouldn't be long, people will be fishing perch from boats in kipling..
