Can you tell me if you are a member already do you have to pay membership again to fish it?
Can we bring the fish to Ludington park in coolers or do we have to bring our boats to weigh in our fish?
One more thing since we do not have to attend the captains  meeting somebody should mention that it's a no wake in the harbor and they take it serious! :thmb:

I will be going over many things at the meeting Friday eve and Saturday morning..it is $100. straight up per boat and includes a membership to GLSF, this is required for insurance purposes. All fish will be turned over in a cooler provided by the boat , the cooler will be sealed and boat number attached. All coolers must be handed off from the boat, they can not be put in a truck and driven to weigh in. The pre fish Friday will work the same way but we will just weigh one salmon prior to captains meeting.

Bill if you would like to pay an additional $20 for a GLSF membership you can? But it is not required, it is $100 per boat with no limit on how many people per boat...

$25 goes for membership and $75 to the tournament  at 80% payback's
If one boat has 5 nonmembers and they all get a membership that's $125
Remember you don't have to go to the captains meeting  :poke:

If anyone is interested in renting a slip in the Escanaba yacht harbor you can email Larry at Lgravatt@escanaba.org to rent one. He has been getting many reservations...

What's the format for pre-fishing on Friday?  Do we just show up at the captain's meeting with our biggest fish, or are there official start/stop times?

What's going to be criteria, if any, on canceling the tournament due to bad weather?

Update...just got off the phone with the national weather service for this weekend, at this time the weather looks good. If that should change and a small craft advisory is issued we might have to limit to a one day tournament. As of now Saturday looks good and the first part of Sunday...
