 anyone use the hd antennas in autrain area which one is best what channels can u get

Can't say for sure about autrain. But I live about 10 miles north of Channing. Tried a few antennas. Clearly the best is a db8 (Google it) and a clearstream 4. Your choice.  I get 16 channels with either one. Google antenna fool and antenna point. Both have good info

For "best" reception, call a pro.  For years I battled poor reception to none after the digital change at my camp.  I bought "the best" antennas and boosters several times.  At best could only get 3 nmu channels and maybe channel 3, weather dependent.  Got a tip to call Neargarth TV in Iron Mt.  $200 bucks later I now get:
Three TV6 channels (Fox,NBC,movies)
Three NMU channels (public Tv)
Four channel 3(cbs, comedy, sitcoms)
Two channel 10 (ABC)

Well worth it and come to find out the signal amplifier that Radio Shack sold me was for analog not digital.  That worked for me in central Dickinson County but I'll bet there is someone in your area as well.
