Speakers this year include MI DNR, US Coast guard, and a tribal enforcement officer.  Great raffle prizes, 50/50 and of course free beer while supplies last!
Please show your support to the SSFA and all the great events we hold through out the year. Thanks!

Great meeting! Good beer, brats and lots of raffle prizes.
Could someone post the contact info for Tribal Enforcement? He didn't leave enough cards for everyone to get one and we should all have the phone number and e-mail address handy.
Thanks.

I think its a good idea to keep numbers for GLIWC and USCG handy. I had asked about an altercation that took place last year in the Lower Harbor. I was asked twice when this happened it was last year. I recently found out it happened again early last week to guy and his 5 year old. They accidentally got close to nets and were stopped, detained threatened and swore at repeatedly. My understanding is the USCG is investigating to take legal action against the owners of the net for the above actions. The guy had no idea what to do when it happened they held on to his boat. He took it and then went to report it. He daid i cant even take my 5 yr old on the lake now or what?
